How to Log an Ops Ticket

Learn how to create an Ops Ticket within YouTrack

To create a new bug in youtrack

  1. Click the blue button new issue
  2. Select Operations after New Issue in
  3. Select the Type as : Task
  4. Choose the task priority from Priority leave it as default if you're unsure)
  5. Assign the task to someone on the Ops team (leave as default if you're unsure)
  6. Describe the issue that needs to be solved Ops or devOps (add screenshots if possible)
